Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for candidates with GDA, ANM, GNM, or B.Sc. nursing or related qualifications, focused on home and hospice care. The skilled will provide bedside nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, administering medications as per orders, and maintaining hygiene and comfort for patients at home. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and senior nurses, documenting patient status, following care plans, and ensuring infection control and safety protocols are followed. The role involves educating patients and family members on basic health practices,



offering emotional support, and respecting cultural and personal preferences. The position may require flexible working hours, including weekends and shifts, depending on patient needs.
Qualifications
Recognized qualification such as GDA, ANM, GNM, or B.Sc. Nursing, with valid registration where applicable.
Strong practical skills in basic nursing care, vital sign monitoring, medication assistance, and patient hygiene.
Knowledge of home care and hospice practices, infection control, and safety procedures in a residential setting.
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare teams, including documentation skills.
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and emotional resilience when working with chronically ill or end-of-life patients.
Capability to work independently at patient homes, manage time effectively, and adapt to diverse household environments.
Prior experience in home care, hospice, or hospital settings is preferred.
Willingness to work shifts, travel within Delhi for home visits, and comply with organizational policies and ethical standards.
