Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Current Delhi for a Site Manager & Drone Pilot. The role involves planning and supervising daily site operations, coordinating workforce and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. The Site Manager & Drone Pilot will operate drones for surveying, mapping, and inspection, collect and document aerial data, and report findings to project and design teams. The role includes tracking progress against project timelines, resolving on-site issues, maintaining logs and reports, and collaborating with engineers, clients,



and regulatory authorities as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in site management or construction supervision, including coordination of labor, materials, and subcontractors.
Hands-on experience operating drones for surveying, inspection, or mapping, with familiarity with relevant drone software and basic data interpretation.
Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance with local regulations on construction and drone operations.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, clients, and field staff.
Ability to maintain detailed site documentation, including daily reports, progress records, and incident logs.
Relevant technical education such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
Valid drone pilot certification or license, where required by local regulations, is an advantage.
Prior experience in infrastructure or engineering consultancy projects in or around Recent Delhi will be beneficial.
