We are seeking a detail-oriented SolidWorks Furniture Technical Designer responsible for converting conceptual furniture designs into accurate production-ready technical drawings. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in modular furniture construction, manufacturing processes, and SolidWorks.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed production drawings using SolidWorks.
Develop manufacturing-ready 2D and 3D models for modular furniture.
Prepare assembly drawings, exploded views, and fabrication drawings.
Generate BOM (Bill of Materials) and cutting lists.
Prepare CNC-ready drawings wherever required.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for technical feasibility.
Modify drawings based on production feedback.
Ensure all drawings comply with manufacturing standards.
Select appropriate materials, hardware, fittings, and accessories.
Maintain drawing revisions and version control.
Resolve production-related technical issues.
Support installation teams whenever required.
