Role Description The Vendor Partner role at Aeon Market Research Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Okhla. In this role, the individual is responsible for coordinating with external vendors and partners to support market research projects, ensuring services are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and onboarding suitable vendors, negotiating rates and timelines, managing vendor communication, and tracking project progress. The Vendor Partner also maintains detailed records, prepares status reports, and works closely with internal project teams to resolve issues and optimize processes. This position requires proactive follow-up,



attention to detail, and a strong focus on building long-term, skilled relationships with vendor networks.
Qualifications
Experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations within market research or related service industries.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners effectively.
Ability to negotiate timelines and costs while maintaining quality standards and adherence to project requirements.
Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and vendor relationships simultaneously.
Comfort with using spreadsheets, project management tools, and basic business software to track and report vendor activities.
Analytical mindset to review vendor performance, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvements or alternative sourcing options.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach to addressing operational or delivery challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience working in Okhla or familiarity with local vendor ecosystems is an advantage.
