Dextres.com invites passionate and observant students and graduates to participate in an IIT-based Education & Child Development Project focused on kindergarten and preschool children aged 3–6 years.

Key Responsibilities:
Interact with kindergarten students in classroom settings.
Observe children's behaviour, communication and learning patterns.
Conduct guided activities and interactions.
Maintain structured observations and field notes.
Contribute to project documentation and reporting.
