WE’RE HIRING | TEAM LEADER – BUSINESS LOAN RECOVERY
Are you someone who can lead from the front, build a solid team AND contribute personally to collections?
We’re looking for a Work-Oriented + People-Oriented Team Leader who knows how to turn conversations into successful closures and collections.
YOUR ROLE
Manage a team of 5–10 Collection Executives
Drive monthly collections of ₹10–15 Lakh
Support callers in closing difficult cases
Motivate the team and improve individual productivity
Be hands-on and contribute to collections with your team
Monitor daily performance, PTPs & case closures
Take ownership of team targets and results

People management ability
Positive understanding of Business Loan Recovery / Tele-Collections
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
