Manage end-to-end visa application processing for corporate and B2B clients.
Review visa documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with embassy/consulate requirements.
Coordinate with corporate clients, travel management companies, and business partners regarding visa requirements and application status.
Provide guidance on visa regulations, supporting documentation, and processing timelines.
Track and monitor applications to ensure timely submissions and resolutions.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and internal stakeholders for case escalations and updates.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, data privacy, and compliance requirements.




Prepare operational reports, client updates, and MIS reports.
Support client onboarding and manage service-related queries.
Identify process improvement prospects to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹210,000.00 - ₹477,000.00 per year
