Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops and learning interventions.
Facilitate practical activities, discussions and exercises.




Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Adapt training approaches according to audience requirements.
Contribute to improving training content and programme effectiveness.

Requirements:
2–5 years of relevant training, facilitation, coaching or L&D; experience.
Expertise in at least ONE of the three specialisations.
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of adult learning methodologies.
Qualifications in Psychology, Education, HR, Management, Communication or related fields will be an advantage.
