Key Responsibilities:
Ability to take complex requirements and either match them to out-of-box capabilities or achieve a final design through minimal customization of the VIM/ECM solution.
Solid functional knowledge of the OpenText solution.
Weigh pros/cons of potential design options with clients and guide them to consensus on a go-forward, optimized solution design.
Work both as part of a team (including leading a team) and independently onsite with clients directly.
Demonstrated ability to lead small/medium/large projects and/or multiple concurrent projects.
End-to-end implementation (requirements gathering, detailed design, configuration, testing support, go-live support) for at least 1 successful xECM/VIM implementation.
Familiarity with ECM Baseline configuration and end-to-end functionality.
Upgrade of xECM and VIM systems.
Hands-on knowledge of OpenText and/or SAP Document Management Tools: ADA, xECM, ICC, VIM, EFM.
Integration for SAP Systems in Extended ECM.
Operation support of xECM/VIM systems.




Experience implementing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions strongly preferred, especially OpenText OCR solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
OpenText ECM (Enterprise Content Management) and VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) solutions with SAP.
Integration for SAP Systems in Extended ECM.

Essential Skills:
8–12 Years experience in SAP xECM/VIM.
Minimum 2 Years in a leadership or team management role.
Hands-on delivery of Fiori applications in S/4HANA and/or ECC systems.

Soft Skills:
Valuable communication, documentation, and presentation skills to create project phase deliverables; comfortable interacting with senior client stakeholders.
Advisory- and team-oriented mindset, taking responsibility and fostering cutting-edge solutions.
Excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI and data analytics tools is a plus.
