Job Title: Assembly Operator

Job Description:

We are hiring Assembly Operators for Schneider Electricals

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assemble electrical and electronic components as per production requirements.
Perform quality checks during and after assembly.
Handle tools, machines, and assembly equipment safely.
Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and production targets.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.
Report defects or issues to the supervisor immediately.
Support production and packaging activities when required.

Eligibility:
10th/12th/Diploma / ITI / Any Degree
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Skills Required:
Positive communication skills
Basic knowledge of assembly




Manufacturing processes is preferred
Willingness to work Rotational Shift
Willingness to work in shifts
