Job Description BDM -
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Manage the end-to-end sales process – lead generation, proposal, negotiation, order finalization, project coordination, and collections.
Handle key accounts individually, ensuring client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and commercial discussions with clients, consultants, and EPCs.
Coordinate with design, service, and accounts teams for smooth execution, timely delivery, and payment realization.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing to support strategic decision-making.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection goals with a robust focus on profitability.
Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring effective communication and post-installation support.
Travel Haridwar as required for client meetings, project sites, and business development activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
