Role & responsibilities
JD - Java, Unix and Linux scripting, SQL
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in Application / Production Support.
Hands on experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
Basic Java knowledge (log analysis, stack traces, exception handling).
Solid Linux/Unix and shell scripting skills.
Experience coordinating with external vendors
Robust SQL skills for troubleshooting and data checks.
Experience with incident and change management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.
