Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints.
Monitor food quality, service standards, and hygiene.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
Achieve sales targets and improve restaurant profitability.
Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and FSSAI standards.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
