Maintain housekeeping checklists, duty rosters, cleaning schedules and daily reports.
Monitor housekeeping materials, chemicals and equipment inventory.
Coordinate with nursing, infection control, administration and other departments.
Handle housekeeping-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
