Role Description The Finance Account Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Navi Mumbai. The specialist will manage and reconcile financial accounts, prepare and review financial statements, and support day-to-day accounting activities such as journal entries, ledgers, and invoices. The role includes monitoring budgets, assisting in payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant financial regulations. The specialist will analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making, support audit processes, and collaborate with other departments to resolve billing or payment queries.



Regular responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, preparing periodic reports, and supporting process improvements in the finance function.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including knowledge of standard accounting principles.
Candidates should possess experience working with Financial Statements and related reporting processes.
Candidates should possess Payroll Administration skills, including handling employee compensation and statutory deductions.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with hospital or healthcare finance systems is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
