Patient assessment and nursing care
Monitoring vital signs
Medication administration
Assisting doctors during clinical procedures
Maintaining patient records and nursing documentation
Infection prevention and control
Patient safety and emergency management
Patient and family education
Coordination with doctors and other healthcare specialists
Shift handover and ward management
Preferred candidate profile
Required educational qualification (B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / Post basic B.sc Nursing )
Valid nursing registration with the State Nursing Council
Relevant clinical experience
Knowledge of nursing procedures and hospital protocols
Communication and interpersonal skills
Teamwork and time management
Ability to work rotational shifts
