Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Patiala. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory control, and cash handling. The Store Manager leads and mentors the store team, sets performance expectations, and ensures exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction. They monitor sales targets, implement retail loss prevention measures, and maintain compliance with company policies and standards. The role also involves scheduling staff, resolving customer concerns,



preparing basic reports on sales and stock, and ensuring that the store environment is protected, clean, and welcoming.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Effective Communication skills to guide teams, interact with customers, and coordinate with management.
Hands-on Store Management experience in retail, including supervision of staff and day-to-day operations.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage inventory, and use basic retail POS and reporting systems.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and reliability.
Prior experience in retail or a related customer-facing environment; a diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
