Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 23 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and corporate positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and campus placements.
Handle recruitment for Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Transportation, Administration, and other functional roles.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.




Negotiate salary packages and finalize joining dates with selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Support on boarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
23 years of hands-on experience in HR Recruitment.
Must Prior experience in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
Solid follow-up skills and candidate management abilities.
