Role Description The Sales Specialist role at ANMOLAAR ROUP is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur. In this role, the Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new sales prospects, engage with existing and potential customers, and promote the company’s products and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, presenting product information, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The Sales Specialist will maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities, while collaborating with the sales management team to meet targets and support revenue growth.



The role also involves providing basic training or guidance to customers on product use, addressing customer questions, and ensuring a professional, service-oriented experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues.
Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive, long-term relationships.
Sales and Sales Management skills to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, meet targets, and support planning.
Training abilities to explain product features, demonstrate usage, and guide customers or team members when needed.
Proven ability to work in office in Kanpur, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
Comfort with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software).
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Relevant education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
