Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Pune

Must-Have Skills
8+ years of SAP FICO experience.
Solid hands-on SAP FI configuration experience:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting
Strong hands-on SAP CO configuration experience:
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Product Costing
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.
Solid understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes.
Experience in business requirement gathering and functional specification preparation.
Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user training.
Experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements.
Experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
Knowledge of FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS.
Experience in production support and critical issue resolution within SLA timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related field.

Good-to-Have Skills




SAP S/4HANA Certification.
Experience in RTR (Record to Report) processes.
Exposure to FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).
Exposure to Group Reporting.
Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN).
Solid stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and user-training skills.
Experience preparing functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
