We are looking for a Trainee Captain to support restaurant and food & beverage service operations. The candidate will learn and assist in guest service, team coordination, and daily restaurant activities while developing supervisory skills.

Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily restaurant service operations
Welcome and attend to guests in a skilled manner
Support order taking and service delivery
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
Ensure guest satisfaction and address service-related requests

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
0–2 years of experience in F&B; Service (freshers can apply)
