Key Responsibilities
Planning and Scheduling: Create detailed project timelines, milestone dates, and work phases.
Budget and Cost Control: Develop cost estimates, manage project budgets, track expenses, and prevent overruns.
Contract and Vendor Management: Hire subcontractors, negotiate terms with suppliers, and manage bids and tender documents.
Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary link between clients, architects, engineers, and in office workers.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local building codes, national safety standards, and permit requirements.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or business administration.
Experience: 10 years + of hands-on experience in construction or building projects.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and proficiency with management software
Certifications: Project Management Skilled (PMP) or OSHA safety training.
Soft Skills: Solid leadership, conflict resolution, and organization

Pay: ₹621,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
