Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at 3M CAR CARE STUDIO BORIVALI in Mumbai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will engage walk-in and inquiry customers, understand their vehicle care needs, and recommend appropriate services and packages. Daily responsibilities include explaining service features and pricing, creating estimates, closing sales, and ensuring smooth handover of vehicles to the operations team. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining contact with existing customers,



and supporting local marketing activities such as promotional campaigns, social media updates, and referral programs. The Specialist will also track sales performance, maintain basic documentation, and collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and studio visibility.
