Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer with hands-on experience in the medical device industry.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting company products, generating business opportunities, installing medical equipment, providing after-sales service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's medical devices to hospitals, dealers, and distributors.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and hospital management.
Follow up on enquiries and close sales.
Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and marketing activities.

Service Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and demonstrate medical equipment at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
Diagnose technical issues and provide prompt service support.
Coordinate with the technical support team for complex service requirements.




Maintain detailed service reports and installation records.
Train end users on the proper operation and basic maintenance of equipment.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and support.

Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Device Sales & Service.
Valuable technical knowledge of medical equipment.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
Customer-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
A valid driving licence is preferred.

Candidates having experience with the following products will be preferred:
Ventilators
Patient Monitors
CPAP/BiPAP Systems
Suction Machines
Medical Gas Equipment
ICU & Critical Care Devices
Other Medical Devices

Salary will be offered in accordance with the candidate's experience, skills, and company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
