Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
Need to have experience in end to end recruitment Experience : 1 to 2 Years into HR Recruitment as well as generalist activities for IT based company.
Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle,



understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
