We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Medical Communication) – Consulting & Business Development to lead revenue generation, foster long-term client partnerships, and deliver creative consulting solutions across the pharma and life-sciences ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Growth: Lead overall business development activities in the life-sciences sector, drive recent account acquisition, and grow existing account streams.
Key Account Management: Build multi-stakeholder relationships across Medical Affairs, Procurement, Marketing, Center of Excellence (COE), and Digital teams.
Consultative & Pre-Sales Solutions: Use consultative selling to deliver tailored, value-adding solutions and high-impact business proposals.
Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitive activity,



and current project pipelines to keep BioQuest ahead in market leadership.
Account Planning: Navigate client hierarchies, budget pipelines, procurement processes, and financial structures to optimize account growth.
CRM & Operations: Ensure accurate tracking of all sales pipelines, CRM documentation, and business opportunities.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharma (B.Pharm) or Life Sciences. Master’s in Marketing / MBA is strongly preferred.
Experience: Proven track record in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Consulting within the Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech domain.
Skills: Strong consultative selling, pre-sales presentation, executive stakeholder management, and market analysis skills.
