Position: Trainers – 3 Specialisations

Soft Skills & Communication Trainer
Social & Emotional Learning / Emotional Intelligence Trainer
Corporate Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops and learning activities.
Facilitate interactive discussions and practical exercises.
Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Customise training methods according to audience requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve training content and effectiveness.

Requirements:
2–5 years of relevant experience in training, facilitation, coaching or L&D.;
Expertise in at least ONE of the three specialisations.
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Robust interpersonal skills and understanding of adult learning methodologies.
Qualifications or certifications in Psychology, Education, HR, Management or Communication will be an advantage.
