Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage team performance, motivate employees, and achieve organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Ensure smooth day-to-day team operations.
Set team goals and track individual performance.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Handle team-related issues and resolve conflicts.
Monitor productivity and ensure work quality.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.




Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to motivate and manage team members.
Target-oriented with good organisational skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
