Showroom Manager – BBA

Role: Showroom ManagerQualification: BBA / Graduate in Business AdministrationExperience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise sales executives and showroom staff.
Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Guide customers in selecting suitable products and services.
Maintain product displays, stock availability, and showroom presentation.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product replenishment.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and documentation.
Implement sales strategies and promotional activities.




Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
BBA or relevant graduate qualification.
Experience in showroom or retail sales management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Positive sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and billing systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented and qualified approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
