Role Description The Technical Team Lead is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for leading a technical team in delivering high-quality software and network solutions, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating team activities, assigning and reviewing work, providing technical guidance, and resolving complex technical issues and escalations. The Technical Team Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, plan and track progress,



and manage risks and dependencies. The role also involves mentoring team members, improving processes, and contributing to strategic technical decisions to support the company’s growth.

Qualifications
Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, motivate, and support a technical team.
Project Management abilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver initiatives within scope, time, and quality parameters.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Software Development experience and robust understanding of development best practices and lifecycles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders and customers.
Experience in internet services, networking, or related technology domains is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
