Enterprise Automation is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate business prospects by contacting potential customers, explaining the company's digital marketing and business automation services, and converting prospects into paying clients.

The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, following up with leads, understanding customer requirements, scheduling business meetings and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database.
Introduce and promote the company's services.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Explain service packages, pricing, perks and business solutions to prospective clients.
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
Schedule appointments and online/offline meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain daily call records,



lead status and follow-up details in CRM/Google Sheets.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain skilled communication and build long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with the digital marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or customer acquisition.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Positive communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and basic English.
Confident telephone conversation and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and email.
Interest in digital marketing, online advertising and business development.
Positive attitude, discipline and target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
