Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Develop recent customers and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
Promote and sell hardware, software, laptops, accessories, and related products.
Identify recent business opportunities and potential customers.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
Plan and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory.
Conduct regular market visits and follow up with customers.
Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, billing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
