Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated BUSSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in guiding students towards the right academic and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding academic courses and career opportunities.
Understand students' educational requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain student records and counselling reports.
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.




Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
Candidates with a passion for education and student counselling are preferred.
