Job Description – OT Technician

Location: Dhole Patil Road, Pune

Job Summary

Healing Hands Clinic is looking for a skilled and responsible OT Technician to assist the medical and surgical team in the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining OT readiness, assisting doctors during surgical procedures, and ensuring proper sterilization and infection control practices.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and arrange the Operation Theatre before surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgeries.
Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control protocols in the OT.
Check the availability of surgical instruments, consumables, and medical supplies.
Handle and maintain OT equipment responsibly.
Ensure proper patient positioning and preparation before procedures.
Monitor and maintain OT records, registers, and documentation.
Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for smooth OT operations.




Follow hospital safety protocols and biomedical waste management guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Diploma / Certificate in Operation Theatre Technology or relevant qualification.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience preferred. Freshers with relevant practical knowledge may also apply.
Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization techniques, and OT protocols.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle emergency situations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
