The Yoga Institute is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms. The role focuses on promoting webinars, workshops, courses, and other Institute programmes while generating high-quality leads and improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Run campaigns to promote webinars, workshops, online sessions, courses, and special programmes.
Generate quality leads and enquiries from relevant target audiences.
Identify target audiences and develop effective campaign strategies, audience segments, and retargeting campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, cost per lead (CPL), conversions, and ROI.
Continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead quality, reach, engagement, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, headlines, and audience targeting.
Coordinate with the content and design teams for ad creatives, videos, captions, and landing pages.
Track leads, prepare campaign performance reports,



and share actionable insights.
Explore recent advertising prospects to improve campaign reach and lead generation.

Requirements & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; Digital Marketing or Marketing background preferred.
2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, or digital campaign management.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Proven experience in lead generation campaigns and managing advertising budgets.
Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.
Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise performance.
Valuable communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Experience promoting webinars, workshops, educational programmes, or wellness-related services will be an advantage.
