Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. In this role, the Sales Associate assists customers with product selection, answers questions, and provides information on features, prices, and promotions. Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise displays, stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable. The Sales Associate processes sales transactions at the checkout, handles returns or exchanges in line with store policy, and supports loss-prevention efforts by following security procedures. The role also involves working with team members to meet sales targets, learning about recent products,



and delivering consistent, courteous service to all customers.
Qualifications
Strong customer service orientation, including the ability to engage with customers professionally and handle inquiries or concerns with patience.
Basic sales and retail operation skills, such as understanding promotions, assisting with upselling, and supporting daily store activities.
