JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLING TEAM LEADER

Position: Telecalling Team Leader

Department: Marketing / Sales

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers.
Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Ensure proper follow-ups and maximum lead conversions.
Train and guide team members to improve calling skills.
Handle escalations and difficult customer interactions.
Prepare daily performance reports and maintain records.
Ensure the team achieves assigned targets.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in telecalling.
Previous team-handling experience preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.




Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
