Responsibilities
As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of Workday Benefits solutions.
Provide Workday product, functional, and implementation expertise while working with clients to understand business requirements and configure and test solutions.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Workday Perks and Payroll, including benefit plans such as retirement plans (e.g., 403(b)).
Design and implement requirements within the Workday Benefits solution, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellbeing plans, PTO/leave programs, and voluntary perks.
Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions using Workday standard methodologies.
Develop prototypes and demonstrate configurations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Support data conversion activities and assist clients with testing and validation of configured solutions.




Analyze Workday release updates and assess the impact of current features and changes on existing client configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and implement solutions for complex business scenarios.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to deliver successful client outcomes.
Manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration.

Requirements / Preferences
Active Workday Perks certification is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience working on Workday HCM/Benefits projects.
Experience delivering at least 1 end-to-end Workday Benefits implementations.
Strong hands-on experience in Advantages configuration and setup.
Experience working on Open Enrollment is preferred.
Strong understanding of Benefits integration with Workday Payroll.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
