Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain company products and services to interested customers.
Handle customer queries and maintain regular follow-ups.
Convert prospective leads into potential customers.
Maintain daily calling records and update customer databases.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Valuable command of Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Robust customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer support preferred.
