Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele-caller to handle patient inquiries, make outbound calls, and assist in appointment scheduling. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients.
Explain hospital services, treatments, and appointment procedures.
Follow up with patients regarding inquiries and appointments.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into patient visits.
Maintain patient calling records and update follow-up details.
Coordinate with the front office and other departments.
Ensure professional and courteous communication with patients.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling or customer handling.
Valuable verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Solid convincing and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle patient queries politely and efficiently.
Preferred Experience:
Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in the healthcare, hospital, IVF, or fertility industry.
Candidates with experience in patient coordination and hospital tele-calling will be preferred.
