Job Description – Computer Science Teacher

Position: Secondary Level Computer Science Teacher
Department: Academics

Job Summary:
Responsible for teaching computer science concepts, developing students’ technical skills, and promoting practical learning through classroom and lab activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach computer science and basic programming concepts.
Conduct practical sessions in the computer lab.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
Evaluate students’ performance and maintain academic records.
Encourage problem-solving and digital skills.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of computer lab equipment.

Educational Qualifications:
BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science) / MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent.
B.Ed. preferred.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of computer fundamentals and programming.
Valuable communication and classroom management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and educational technology.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers may apply.

Personal Attributes: Patient, creative, disciplined, responsible, and passionate about teaching.
