SRIT India Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Management & Proposal Strategy Skilled for public sector tenders, Request for Proposals (RFPs), Expression of Interest and large-scale corporate bids.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Bid Management: Own and manage the entire proposal lifecycle from RFP release to final submission, ensuring all technical, commercial, and legal requirements are met.

Technical Compliance & Evaluation: Conduct eligibility criteria verifications, review tender clauses, and map technical requirements to internal capabilities for large-scale IT infrastructure, surveillance, e-governance, healthcare, and AI/ML project bids.

Pre-Bid Clarifications & Strategy: Draft accurate pre-bid queries

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal technical squads, business development teams, and external partners to align on solution design and pricing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduate, proficient in English

Experience: Proven track record in technical bid management with the public sector tender ecosystem.
