Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage structural Revit models with required LOD as per project stages (LOD 300–450).
Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, and Interior teams for multidisciplinary BIM integration.
Prepare and maintain Revit families, templates, and schedules as per project standards.
Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company BIM standards.
Support in the preparation of construction drawings and shop drawings derived from BIM models.
Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and Engineers to implement best modeling practices.

Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
3–6 years of experience in Revit Structural modeling.
Solid understanding of RC, Steel, and Post-tensioned structures.
Familiarity with BIM standards, naming conventions, and file management.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
