Telecaller Executive- Malayalam

Job Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
Communicate with customers in Malayalam and understand their business requirements.
Identify customer requirements and generate sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing.
Maintain customer details, call records and follow-up status.
Achieve daily calling targets and lead-generation targets.
Update daily productivity reports in CRM.
Convert potential enquiries into business opportunities.

Skills Required ;
Fluent in speaking Malayalam.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.




Valuable customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
