We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Telecaller / Visa Counsellor.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Handle incoming enquiries regarding visa services.
Explain visa application processes and documentation requirements.
Follow up with interested clients.
Schedule appointments and maintain client records.
Provide qualified customer support.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi and English speaking skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full time
Work Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: As per experience and interview.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
