Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives to generate corporate leads, build client relationships and promote apprenticeship and skill development solutions to organisations.

Key Responsibilities
Generate corporate leads through LinkedIn, online research, cold calling and email campaigns.
Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers and corporate decision-makers.




Promote apprenticeship and government-supported skill development programmes such as NAPS and NATS.
Understand client workforce requirements and identify business prospects.
Schedule client meetings and conduct regular follow-ups.
Maintain lead databases,

Requirements
MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
1 year of experience can apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and presentation skills.
Interest in B2B sales, business development and client acquisition.
Comfortable with outbound calling, lead generation and client interactions.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and LinkedIn.
