Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Automate routine L2 operational tasks, incident resolution, and health checks.
Work with Ansible, Linux, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Integrate automation with ITSM, monitoring, and alerting platforms.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Linux administration and scripting.
Knowledge of Ansible, REST APIs, and automation frameworks.
Exposure to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and incident management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI/LLM-based automation and IT operations automation (AIOps).
