Job Responsibilities
Market and place bench consultants in the US IT staffing market.
Work on available bench consultants and identify suitable project requirements.
Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
Share consultants' profiles with vendors and clients through email and calls.
Negotiate rates, C2C, W2, and contract terms.
Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors and clients.
Follow up on submitted profiles and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain consultant databases and update daily marketing activities.
Generate recent requirements and ensure successful consultant placements.

Required Skills
Experience in US IT staffing and bench sales.
Knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099, and implementation partners.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of US job portals and vendor management.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
