Role Description The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering daily lessons and activities that support early learning and development for children in the pre-primary age group. This full-time, on-site role in Patna includes creating and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, organizing classroom materials, and maintaining a secure, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. The teacher will observe and assess student progress, provide individualized support where needed,



and communicate regularly with families about learners’ development. Daily tasks also include managing classroom routines, encouraging positive behavior, and collaborating with colleagues on school events, learning projects, and continuous improvement of teaching practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education to design age-appropriate learning plans and activities.
Candidates should possess robust Teaching and Education skills to effectively deliver lessons and support diverse learning needs.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with children, families, and colleagues.
Formal training or a diploma/degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field is preferred.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to create an inclusive, child-centered classroom environment.
Experience working with young children in a school or childcare setting is highly beneficial.
Ability to manage classroom routines, maintain safety standards, and follow school policies and procedures.
