Interior site Supervisor (B.Arch)

Role Overview
We are hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee interior execution on residential projects, making sure work is completed on time, as per drawings, and to quality standards.

Qualification
B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential work
Prior experience in interior site supervision

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior execution at residential sites
Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other vendors
Ensure work follows drawings, specifications and design intent
Check quality of materials and workmanship, and flag deviations early
Track progress against the schedule and report delays




Verify measurements and quantities for billing
Maintain daily progress reports and site records
Coordinate with the design team and clients to resolve site issues

Required Skills
Reading and interpreting architectural and interior drawings
Knowledge of joinery, false ceilings, flooring, painting, finishes and services
Basic AutoCAD and MS Office
Valuable communication and vendor management

Job Type: Full-time, in office

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
